2026 Caregivers Backpacking Trip

Head out for a few days on the trail to connect with others on a similar journey and experience the healing power of nature! This is a family-friendly trail, great for all experience levels. All food, gear, transportation, and supplies are free for current and former caregivers.

There will be a required pre-trip meeting from 6:00 - 7:00pm on July 9th at Kristin Armstrong Municipal Park (500 S. Walnut St., Boise)

Refundable Deposit: The refundable reservation deposit allows us to prepare for the adventure to ensure you have the best experience possible. When you attend the event, you will receive the deposit back or have the option to donate it to Hike 2 Heal. The reservation deposit will be forfeited if you cancel attendance within one month of the event. If canceled at least one month before the event, the deposit is fully refundable.
